Pricing
Pricing is bespoke and tailored to each booking. Once we receive your completed enquiry form with details of your group size, event type, and service requirements, we will provide a customised proposal with pricing aligned to your needs.
What is the minimum lead time for booking & planning an event?
For smaller events, one week is sufficient. For larger events, more planning time may be required depending on requested services. Submit your request, and we will confirm the timeline.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to the styling and finishes of the property.
Is the venue accessible for mobility?
The property includes a number of stairs and does not have a lift. Accessibility depends on your needs — please contact us to discuss openly before booking.
Is there parking?
Yes, secure car parking behind locked gates for up to 3 cars onsite is available. Additional off-road options are available in the area including on on road parking.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are possible up to 7 days prior for smaller bookings that involve only the venue. For events including additional services (e.g. chefs, equipment, catering), cancellation policies must align with those providers.
Is a deposit or damage guarantee required?
Yes, a deposit and damage guarantee will be required for all bookings. Details included in the term upon securing the bespoke inquiry.
